Before You Contact a Provider
Having a few questions ready can make it easier to find out
whether a provider or organization is a good fit for you.
- Do you provide the type of help I am looking for?
- Are you accepting new clients?
- Do I need a referral?
- Do you accept my insurance?
- Are there options if I do not have insurance?
- Do you offer in-person appointments, virtual appointments, or both?
- What should I do if I need help before my first appointment?
It is okay if the first organization you contact is not the right
fit. Ask whether they can recommend another service or help you
understand your next step.
