Iron knight Gym is offering a FREE Booty Boot Camp on Saturday, October 23, 2021, from 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. at 5241 NW Jannebo St., Port St. Lucie, FL 34986.
The purpose for this community event is to help strengthen and build strong glutes in a fun and educational environment. ALL FITNESS LEVELS welcome to join!
According to the 2018 Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans, 2nd edition, adults need to do two types of physical activity each week to improve their health–aerobic activity and muscle strengthening.
Physical activities to strengthen your muscles are recommended at least 2 days a week. Activities should work all the major muscle groups of your body—legs, hips, back, chest, abdomen, shoulders, and arms. Muscle-strengthening activities should be done in addition to your aerobic activity.
What to expect:
- 1.5 hours of exercise is guided by coaches who will instruct and correct form.
- Tons of laughing and good energy along with music, so dance moves are welcome.
- Iron Knight gym will provide booty bands, snacks, and beverages.
- All you need to bring is a yoga mat or a beach towel for ground movements.
